How do I submit an article in return?
Please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label, paste the label on top of the box. Make sure that the original barcode from the box is removed. The return item must be unworn, in original condition and with their original labels and seal. Worn articles (incl accessories) or items where the seal is broken we will not return and you won't be able to return.
Create your order is ready for shipment. Specify your return, free of charge, at a Post.nl point. Keep the receipt. Your package will be by Post.nl was brought to us.
We may wait with the refund until we get the article have recovered. Once your returned goods have been registered and verified, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Discount items (bought with discount) can't be swapped, and not return to be taken and are non-refundable.
Custom made garment, you are required to take off and may not return and will not be refunded.

Refund
Once your returned goods have registered, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
We may wait with the refund until we have the products have recovered. As soon as we have the article have received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount within 2 working days back. Shipping fees are not refundable.
When returning items sent via Express delivery shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If you revokes the agreement, we will pay the purchase price (including standard shipping) as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after the revocation.

Terms and conditions return
You have the right, within 14 working days after receipt of your order without giving a reason to return (the date of the delivery by Post.nl this is the determining factor).
This is possible if the item is unworn, in original condition and with their original labels and seal. Worn articles (incl accessories) or items where the seal is broken we will not return and you won't be able to return.
If you want to return, make sure that the item is not dirty, and in the original condition (with labels and seals) with Wrap Tops-packaging to our return.
Out of hygienic consideration, we take no underwear return.
Tailor-made clothing and discount items (bought with discount), you are required to take off and may not return and will not be refunded.
When the Wrap tops delivered items within 14 days of receipt (date of receipt at the delivery address or collection point) to be returned, the goods are considered accepted.

Can I make an exchange?
Articles can you trade the items have to be returned and then a new order on the website. We recommend that you order immediately to confirm, especially if the stock is still low. The items in your shopping cart are not reserved. You should for the new order again to pay in advance.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to process orders with each other to settle.
We can due to technical reasons, no articles for you to replace, offset, or place a new order.
Quality assurance and warranty
Our articles are made with great care, which we only use first class quality leather, mainly from Europe. Leather is a natural product and therefore each skin is different from structure (grain). For example, an animal (cow, sheep, etc) through the years of skin damage add up, think of it: stings of insects, the walk against barbed wire, branding etc. We strive to have these bumps as much as possible to avoid this uneven way to handle it, but this can never be totally excluded. (With normal wear, such as other clothing is worn, the leather doesn't tear)
The products are, prior to shipment to visually and manually checked.
You always have a right to the legal warranty. That is to say that an article that is or has to do what the consumer reasonably would expect.

Defects not covered under warranty:
If the article is defective because of normal wear and tear, we can unfortunately not reimburse it. Complaints where we do not fee for can offer are:
• Normal wear and tear of leather
• By wrong or excessive use caused by deficiencies
• Excessive perspiration
• Defects caused by improper cleaning
• Defects caused by external influences, for example, friction, sharp objects or chemicals
• Defects in water - and wind-proofing of clothing, unless strictly mentioned in the product description in our shop
• Articles that, due to the model physical discomfort cause, for example, sweating or blisters.
Very rarely reacts to the body during the wearing of leather by irritation or other “damage”. This is Wrap Tops will not be liable.
We always try the best possible service, our website up-to-date and articles with the best quality. Unfortunately, it may happen that you are not satisfied. Please contact with us. We will do our best to make your complaint within 14 days to answer.
Sustainability
Leather is a natural product and therefore of course durable.
The remaining waste is used to create a small piece of jewelry (the Happy wanderer jewelry), that we have a low price offer with an order. The entire proceeds of this made jewelry is twice per year, paid to a charity. The chosen charities will always be focused on improving the lives of neglected stray dogs, for example, in Greece.
