What is the delivery time?
We have a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days (mon-fri,on workingdays ordered before 16.00hrs, next day delivered. Only in Holland!), as soon as the payment is received.
If a product is not in stock, the delivery time in consultation.
Articles in the discountshop can not be reordered (and not returned).

If you have a wrap top or a wrap top special in the size XL want to order then your article is a tailor-made-garment of which the delivery time in consultation.

Wrap tops is not liable for delays that are caused by Post.nl and is not liable for any damages whatsoever as a result of the exceeding the announced delivery terms.

How will the shipping process and what are the costs?
We ship with Post.nl directly to your specified delivery address or specified collection point. During the ordering process you can choose choose.
On the day of dispatch you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code of your package Post.nl.
At our prices, the shipping is not included. During the ordering process will be the exact cost is displayed before you make your purchase final place.
Returns are free (not possible to discount items and tailor-made garment). See “exchange & return & refund”

All orders are by Jacintha personally packed and checked before dispatch. If you have any questions, you can contact us, we are glad to help you.

Determine where and when your order is delivered?
Products of A4 size and smaller will fit through your letterbox and be as a piece of mail sent. Larger items are parcel of Post.nl sent.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the delivery of your order to determine.
You can determine where your package will be delivered. You can, for example, you want your package to be delivered in one of the 2,000 Post.nl afhaallocaties or at a store near you.

What happens with your order if you are not at home?
The delivery of Post.nl provides the package order to the delivery address. If you are not present during the first bezorgpoging, then you will receive a notification of Post.nl. This can be done by means of a note in the letterbox or via the track&trace link.

Is it possible to deliver abroad?
It is not possible to place orders abroad to be delivered, with the exception of Belgium, Germany and England. I have no delivery time for those country's but as soon as possible.

It Is possible to deliver to a po box?
It is not possible to process orders in a mailbox to be delivered. You can have your order delivered to one of the collection points of Post.nl.
